Xenia is committed to ensuring that all transactions made through our marketplace our safe, secure, and delivered exactly as promised. To ensure all of our gift card buyers peace of mind when making a purchase, we offer the following protections for every purchase.

1-Year Gift Card Guarantee

For one year (365 days) from the date of purchase, we will provide a full, money-back refund if:

  • Cards which are inactive upon delivery or become inactive before the card's value has been redeemed
  • Cards which are expired upon delivery or become expired before the card's value has been redeemed
  • Cards which are delivered with an inaccurate balance
  • Cards which are delivered with an incorrect brand
  • Cards which are not received within 30 days of the purchase date

We do not cover or offer refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, misinterpretations about card purchase/delivery/use process, lost or misplaced cards, complications emerging from violation of Terms of Service, cards that are no longer honored when a retailer goes out of business, requests made after 365 days from the purchase date, and more.

The 1-Year Gift Card Guarantee applies to the purchase price of the card. Only partial refunds are provided if a portion of the card's value was redeemed. The guarantee is also subject to a maximum of $1,000 lifetime per customer.
